Kettlebell work in my view is an effective tool that caters to my own personal training needs for independent muscle brain connectivity; greater concentration to maximize core stability and offers a greater range of functional strenght movement …i love this product

Have bought two kettlebells, cannot fault the 20KG Kettlebell, has an amazing finish, feels very high quality. The 12KG Kettlebell however has a worse finish and small chips in places of the casting, feels mid range quality in comparison.
